It was nice not having an armada on the water today . I went last Friday and man it was crazy how many boats were out there . The bite was tough this morning without any clouds but it got better later in the afternoon when the rain was approaching and it was cloudy. Managed to keep 18 sacs and a few Goggleye .Even brought home a little lagniappe to fry up. I don't normally mess with the catfish I catch but it was a decent one so I figured might as well. Water is starting to become a little more stained with all the boat traffic but still fishable in most areas . Good luck fellas !
