    Default CATAPLA WORMS WANTED

I fished with these as a young girl. And would love to find some to repeat that. . I'll be happy to buy and drive to get them. I anxiously await hearing from someone out there. THANKYOU.

I got tired of never having catalpa worms so I set out my own catalpa trees. Maybe in a couple of years I'll have some. The seedlings are only 18 inches tall right now.

We used to have a tree when I was a kid. The tree is still there, but have not see a worm in many many years. I hear the same thing from many other people. They seem to have vanished.

Lots of trees do not have any worms. the Fly that lay their eggs on the leaves have become fewer because of Pesticides and wasps. But the bigest foe is fire Ants. The Mature worms drop off the Tree, Burrow in the ground to Emerge much later as the Flys. the new batch of worms ready to strip every leaf. Grand Paw Planted several that are about 30 feet high . Then other trees planted through the years on Fence lines. Most of the young Trees had to have baby worms put on them. If the fire Ants are kept under control there will be more Bait than you can use
