Lake Verett Report....5/16.....*

[prefers shiners]

Fished 7 to noon on the south end.....launched at Attakapas.....I got a report that sacs were biting really good but I could not find many...ran out of shiners feeding the gar, goo and catfish....the water looked beautiful.....caught on shiners and blue & white triple tail.....I had promised the donut lady (south Korea) and my Vietnamese friend that I would save the goo and catfish for them....he chose the goo over the cats....wound up with 8 sacs, 4 goo, 4 cats and one bass....a fun day....sorry Randy, no sink shot....
