Cypress Lake 4/28

Had a good morning on Cypress yesterday. Bite was somewhat slow, but steady. Fished 7 till 11 and had 12 nice keepers, a couple of throwbacks and lost one pretty good one. Shiners 5 to 7 ft. deep in 10 to 12 ft. of water. Tried bream for a bit, caught a few small ones Thought about pictures right after I gave them away.

That does sound like a good day. Congratulations on a good catch. Thanks for the report. Although I don't fish Cypress anymore because of the distance and the cost of the permits, I still love to hear about fish being caught there. Cypress will always be one of my favorite lakes and I would love to be able to fish there. Maybe I will some day!
