I don't know FOL, some of us watch specific spots that may concern us. Such as this gauge I watch that is roughly 50 feet from my mailbox on the Vermillion River:
Does sound like a good idea, but there's lots of areas that folks watch.

My thought was to make this as a Stickey. Links have been here showing the State with what I would call arrow Pins that showed the location in both lakes and Rivers. Any time I go to their web site you have to go by Zip Code. the Info is too specific for some of us two Finger Peckers that are not good at navigating. A Stickey showing areas someone might consider draging the boat to might help planing their trip... Thanks Fellers --- Just a Thought!!!!!![]()

A good idea but I can see where any kind of a master map with pins would require constantly updating as info becomes available and require a lot of time and effort from someone.....only mods and super mods can update a post after 30 minutes so that would require one of them to do that.....I do this for our gatherings for the big fish pot, food list and cabin (& RV) locations...it does take time.....a great idea but I think it would more simple for folks to decide on the ones they would like to watch and save the link to their "favorites" as I have done....never have to type anything in, just one click and you are done....I would be glad to show you how to do that if you do not know how....

This is the one I like as you can look back in time to see what was going on before the rise. Pick your river and location.

Also for stations near the coast you can see when the tides will rise and fall by looking at previous days.

Paw-Paw this one on Current conditions for Louisiana is Excelent and shows the Graphs when the Guage number is selected. The Favorites list Idea works very good for most applications but having this current conditions will locate those little known Guages----- However I think other CDC members need to say if they believe this should be to Favorites or a Stickey. My Hat is off to those that have helped with sources![]()
I am like Randy, I watch specific places. Here lately I have been watching a dozen or so specific spots, not liking what I am seeing on any of them either. But like and old friend on mine would always tell me "Bruce keep praying" and "This too shall pass".
