    Default LAKE VERRET


    went out Friday & Saturday in cracker head canals caught 56 sacs all on standing cypress trees mostly 3/4 lb to 1.25 had about 10 that were 1.50. The bite was early then late bass real active caught eight didn't keep any not what I was there for so anyone going to Lake VERRET this is the best report I can give.

    That's about right. I went to the camp Friday with plans to go to crackerhead Saturday. Ended up having to come home at midnight for an emergency.
    Here's to hoping they are still biting next weekend, because unless the world ends I'm going fishing.
