I need to find a place to fish with my kayak. I see on Google Maps a couple of lakes just south of Lake Caroline in Bossier. That's Old River Lake and Half Moon Lake. Are they open to public fishing and has anyone fished them? Is there a launch available (not that I really need one with my Yak)? They are on Ash Point Rd. off Hwy 71.
