    Default Report:Old River @ Texaco Town 11/23/15

Me and Momma went to Old River this afternoon. We got on the water about 2:00 P.M. and fished to 5:00 P.M. We caught 3 Crappie and drank a thermos bottle of coffee and talked a lot. Momma got to play with her camera on her phone so here are some pics.

Very nice "report" and super pics. I added report to the title so I could enter you and Momma in the Bobby Garland contest. A winner will be announced this weekend. The contest ends at 6 pm saturday night.

Thanks for the report. Is it still really low? Tell "Momma" she takes great pictures with that new phone.

    Thanks "D".

Pastor, the water is about 11 feet deep where it was 8 feet deep. The crazy thing is the fish are 4-6 feet deep. We just could not get them to bite.

Great pics, except for the 90 HP pic. I have a 2010 Bass Tracker, been wanting to replace my 50 with a 90.
It is not what you do for your children, but what you have taught them to do for themselves, that will make them successful human beings.

Tiger, I have a Triton V170 Mag2 and the 90 HP will move it across the water very good. It will run 42-44 MPH depending on what I have in the boat at the time. It had one pedestal up front and I added two more, one on each side of the center one. So, now two people can sit up front or if I'm by myself I can sit in the center one. I love it and it is just right for me.
