There are no shiners under the interstate. Get off at the Henderson Exit. First station on left has them. I will be fishing tomorrow. If you run across me. Be more than happy to show you around.

Yes there is.....coming from Denham Springs you will get off the interstate and head South on the road to the boat launch.....continue on that road going south about 1/4 mile pass the interstate (so pass up the road to the boat launch).....on the right is a gas station with shiners, ice, small assortment of tackle and sausage bisquits.....good luck....
