Since it already has a hole might not be to hard to drill one if you had a vise to hold it or a buddy that has one. Very similar to what I had for my hitch. I found a long shank master lock that had a pretty small shank. May have been for a bicycle.
Also might look at something like this.

Going ( INTO TOWN ) <<<is what us country fokes say when we need anything because there is nothing for 30 miles in any direction but I love the peace and quiet .. anyway im going into town this afternoon and will see what i can find because I want to be on the water in the morning and don't want to worry about it getting messed with

You can buy pins with locks at Academy for under $20. I did after my entire hitch fell off the truck going down the highway. Don't know if someone took the pin out or what.

well I found a lock for something with a small pin so i drilled the hole out a little bit and it fits great I'm thinking it will keep a honest person out and that's about itAttachment 209573

I'm sorry to here this news. I have the same type of tongue on my boat trailer.
I'm going to fix mine so that I can lock it.
