Make you laugh, I used to ride the bus to school with the residents of "the levee". I'm an older geezer. Beau Bayou will never be what it used to be. It used to get flushed out every spring. The last time we did "good" was when the water got to 20'. That's the only time it flushes out. I used to go there with a 12' powered by a 9'8 Merc. There used to be a sac by every stump. Caught em on "beetles" tightlined on a cane pole. Now instead of a sac, there's a boat by every stump :(.

Heith I'd like to here the report from Mamma's pond when you have one.:woohoo
Mommas pond just got back to house waters merky but managed to get 7 whites an 3 bass one bass was almost 5 lb
