Well so am I. Couldn't fight the urge today. Woke up and the temp is 57 degree. A front has passed and the wind was blowing first from the West and then the North up to 12 MPH. Decided what the heck, and off we went. It was a chilly boat ride. We tried many of my favorite spots and nothing but a few bluegills. Now I won't turn down any bluegills but I needed to see some specks and not on trout. Finally tried a canal that was out of the wind and hit some fish. The water is so high that fish are swimming in the marsh. We didn't stay long but I managed to land the only 4 Sacs that were hooked, 2 @ 12" and 1 @ 11".. Linda took the consolation prize by catching most of the gills. Great day, great time and more than enough for supper.

Opps, filleted one before I remembered to take a picture.
