Went looking for Gold

and only found black.

Got to my favorite canal at Lake Des Allemeds mid morning and it's packed with boats.
That's OK I'll just get in line. I've come to far to turn back.

Caught about 2 dozen 10" under a slip cork.Used a chartreuse tube. Fish were on the small size and all were shallow and black.

Don't forget your suntan lotion and your skeeter dope.
