There's a guy that lives in Cypress Island that keeps his boat in his truck almost year round, might be him.

Thanks for all the great info guys. All I need to do is get a camera, kayak, blue and white jigs, fish shallow and in the middle of the lake and look for a guy with a boat in the back of his truck. Ya'll got me ready to try it again. lol !!!!

I think the casting method is smart and maybe they are a little spooky.
