    Default Down south sacin

Fishing here in Deep South has been fantastic ...like any fishery, certain places turn on before others..if you are able to be there when it happens fishing is great...lake boeuf, bayou black, and even the fish depleted Amelia area has given up great numbers and some really nice fish...the fish pictured were let go in a lake behind my house ....looking forward to my trip to poverty point next month..and on a side note, the speckled trout fishing has been off the charts..the good thing about living in the south is that within 20 minuets, you can catch limits of trout and reds, then go crappie/ bass fishing ..gotta love it

WOW! Beautiful fish. By the way Bob, I was thinking of you last week. Wondering if you were still chasing those 3lbers.

OK, now I know where there are to nice fish. Good showing Bob those are nice ones. The weather should be getting better and better for catching as time rolls on. Thanks for keeping us posted.
