Prayer Request 2-14-15 WHAT A WONDERFUL DAY

Rolled out at 5:45, took my morning meds, put on my clothes, and made a cup of coffee. Got to Black Lake around 7:00ish and started fishing for a mess of fish I had promised one of the widow women in the church. She has a care-giver that stays with her so I knew it would take at least 4 pretty good fish. Had them by 9, but hung around until 11:30 to see if I could catch me and Mrs. Diane a mess as well. No luck on our mess.

Left Black Lake, drove home, grabbed the grandkids, and headed to Caney Lake for some serious boat riding fun. After a couple of hours of riding and listening to my 2 grandchildren giggle and laugh and seeing some new parts of the lake we went back home where I cleaned Mrs. Jordan's fish.

Then me and the grandkids took a walk down the road where we found all sorts of adventures waiting on us around every curve and every tree. We found game trails and deer tracks in the woods and even cut a piece of bamboo just because my grandson thought it was neat and wanted a piece of it. And we must have swung on every vine we could find.

After walking back to the house we grilled some hotdogs and hamburgers for supper so MawMaw wouldn't have to cook on Valentine's Day. Now it's time to study my sermon one more time before the morning.

What a wonderful day! Thank you Lord Jesus for giving us this day. I couldn't have asked for a better day! WOW!
The Lord is good. His mercy and love endures forever.

As you well know, it's not how many fish you catch but how many memories you catch that will stay with you for a lifetime! Great job. ~~<*{{{{<<
