    Default Bistineau gates closed..

Closed the gates on the 15th. Water is on the rise. Hope it did some good with the salvinia. Hoping this past rain last week would have flushed some out of the pockets. We'll soon see.

You could've still launched at port o bistineau. Folks been launching big old bass boats all winter. There was plenty of water.

Was at my camp today. Lake is full. Closed gates on 15th and crested at 11 feet on the 24th. That's a pretty fast fill up! I had to rush to re-tie my duck blind and get one of my boats out last weekend. Also built five new bamboo tops to put out and wasn't able to place in spot I wanted but instead put around my dock.

I was there today, we fished from 8:30 till 12:30 and caught 10. Beautiful lake and a beautiful day, I'll be going back soon. I fished right out in front of the port along with about 14 other boats, didn't see anybody tearing them up.
