Fishing or Golf

Today reminded me why I fish and gave up golf. When I fish all morning and don't get a bite (like today on Darbonne) , I can console myself and think the fish aren't biting. When I had a bad day golfing, I couldn't blame it on the golfs. Tomorrow I am going to try minnows or dynamite.

Welcome RedRoofRon, I played golf for years. Had as many as 4 sets of clubs at a time. Still have 2. Started on a high school team in the early 70's and finally stopped a couple years ago, when I had one wrist fused. The other is slightly arthritic also, so no golf for me. Glad I can still fish a few hours at a time. And fish taste a lot better than golf balls, even titelist ProV1's.
