Yes thats it... I only run 3 poles at a time trying different colors, different depths, with shiner or without. till I find one that works... I usually clamp a couple big split shots about 16-18" above my jig to keep it down there while trolling. I guess youd consider it spider rigging...I dont have a fancy spider rig rod holder or 8 matching rods...Im starting a new fishing craze called 3-legged cricket rigging. :biggrinQuote:

Gonna hit Bistineau in morning. Reports I'm getting aren't great but going to try it.
Fished Port Saturday. Didn't get on water until about 9. Fished about 3 hours and caught 16. Bite was fairly slow.
16 in 3 hours aint a bad day at all. Ill be there this weekend!
That Is what I would call good!!! Catching a fish every 15 minutes, I wouldn't leave unless it is all I wanted to clean
