Awesome boat choice.....Have you considered Evinrude Etec?

[emoji115]can't go wrong with the E tec or the Yam four stroke. I have an E Tec on a War Eagle and a Yamaha 4-stroke on a Blue Wave. I love em both. The Yamaha is a little quiter at idle and the E Tec is quiter on plane.

Let me know about your 188 I bought the express bc it was a deal didn't get to see the 188 no one had it in stock they had a 17 and it was really nice boat
