Where to go tomorrow

Going to give them a try in the morning. Anybody heard any reports on Boeuf river? I've heard of people catching them out there in the summer but didn't know what the water looked like right now. Also thinking about going to the Ouachita. Any suggestions for North LA?

Me and my son went to the Ouachita yesterday. Fished 2hrs. Caught 5 back in the sloughs. Try the river but too much current even for 1/4 ounce jigs

Y'all fish north or south of Monroe? Would like to try somewhere I haven't been this year like maybe Boeuf or Bonne Idee but haven't heard any reports and don't know what the water looks like.
