Cool just wanted to say thanks for the tips re Toledo Bend

A big thank you is being extended to everyone who so willingly inboxed and replied to our request re our 1st trip to Toledo Bend!!! We had a wonderful few days there and your fishing tips helped. We headed there the day that the last front came thru (June 10th) so we felt blessed to have caught what we did considering it was right after a front. We stayed in Milam and especially enjoyed fishing under the 'little bridge' that was not far from where we stayed. It is simply beautiful there and as you can see we had a lovely time. The R&R was much needed)

Have a wonderful 4th of July! & Thank you to all of our Veterans out there! God Bless the USA!

Glad y'all enjoyed the stay! Also when you come back make sure to keep and eye and ear open looking for the Eagles. See some most every time I go out! It is a stunningly beautiful lake and of course the Forrest around it just makes it better! I live over at 6 mile and just love it now just like I did when it opened in the late 60's! Probably use to catch a few more fish a bit easier back when, but she is still a great lake!

    comgrats on your success!
