Jetty Pier

Hi men. I'm a beginner and was going to make a trip to the Jetty Pier in July. Has anyone ever been out there before? I was trying to grab a few fish. My guess is that it's too late for specks, but may be able to grab a few redfish. Anyone have any other input? thank you sirs.

WhoDatChristian, you don't show where you are from. You can type it in front of Louisiana in your profile. We are not sure what pier you mean. But I hear the specks are biting in the surf at Grand Isle and in the bay behind Grand Isle. There are plenty of places to bank or wade fish there. Good luck.
