Have you ever noticed that if you put Sacaulait on ice they die with their mouth closed but if you put them in ice slush water they die with them open. Thought it was funny I noticed this after 45 yrs of fishing!

Maybe ice just gets washed in with the slush and it stays that way after they die. But dry ice doesn't move around as much, so it can't prop their mouth open. Just a thought.
