    Default Scratch on Plaquemine Bayou

What can I say except the post spawn has me disoriented right now. Where the heck did they go. The only thing I caught today was armadillo #104 in my trap when I got home. What kind of sicko keeps records like that.

It's a Havahart Large 1 Door. It was called a Raccoon trap back when I got mine. Yep that's my first site and goes back some years. Mostly it's a lab rat for web design ideas.

Post spawn is usually pretty tough fishing for me too . Last week we fished the river and decided we were going to catch fish somewhere no matter what ... Lol And we did , but didn't catch them in the normal places . None were on any real structure . Caught a few on drop offs and some were caught a ft deep in 18' of water . We only picked up one or two in each spot but moved around a lot and ended up with 20 . 1 big female still had eggs .

Very helpful piece to the puzzle JiggerMan. When you say river are you speaking of the Mermentau?
