    Default Turtles

Yesterday we took some friends up to the camp on Black Bayou at Hosston. We had heard the bream were biting at the docks in our area.
We fished hard and only caught about 10 bluegills. But the most interesting thing was all the turtles. I caught six or seven and the other in the party caught one or two each. While it is not unusual to catch a turtle on occasion, I have never come close to catching that many in one setting. I am still wondering what that was all about. Anyone have a thought?

new better than what? What's better than having the turtles and fish eat the guts? IMO

My last turtle encounter I put up a chain link fence. A Washtub size Loggerhead on the doorstep at night, in the dark. It was Good

FOL you're something else. I don't tolerate very many people, but would thoroughly enjoy meeting you some day. How come you don't pen up all the chickens you have? And, I assume, you're still chasing crickets in the boat even with your new cricket cage. And, since I'm here, did you get a dip net for the shiners? Don't won't to hear about some sort of accident with you chasing the last shiner.

Tracker 123,,, you dont know the half of it --- I find Humor everywhere -- sometime I cant help myself and have to laugh. When I worked Offshore everyone said I laugh in my sleep. The Chickens are put up, all 6 Roosters and 3 Hens that are camped out under the henhouse. The Blueberry bushes have a bumper crop that the Roosters all are Drooling waiting for a chance to get at. I still dont know if shadow comes to the D'Arbone gathering. I put a clip like those used on keyrings and the dip net stayes with the bucket. Meeting all you special People of CDC have given me more, than the best fishing trip of my life. and I love Fishing. I would like to meet you too
