Finally moved!

Bought us a place on toledo. Texas side on Lowes Creek. Haven't had a chance to fish but sure looking forward to it. Any advise on the area?

Not sure about white perch but if you like to bass fish the Haussen(sp?) has given up numerous 10+ pounders this season.

Have not had the chance to fish any just kinda looking around, but I've been watching them pull the bass in at lowes.

Glad to hear it! Love that lake. You're close to the infamous Chicken Coop for the deep bite during winter. I hear there's big bass in that area where you are at as well. So since you moved there, I assume you be at our Toledo Bend gathering next year at the end of February. Oh, thought I'd mention, that Hemphill BBQ close by has some serious BBQ and pies!

We have already some of that Hemphill BBQ down our throat...didn't take long. I'm not much of a bass fisherman. Those crappie have to be here somewhere.
