Hs anyone been to Warner lake lately? I'm not sure what the river has to be at to get in......and haven't really heard any reports. Never been there either. So it would be shot in the dark to go and try. I do enjoy new places though.

No. It is in plaquemine, la.

Try Chicot. I heard a good report yesterday. Go and launch at the north end. It 's a LOT less traffic. go around the spillway, cut into the right and fish the hyacynth mats. You may need to bring a rake to make you a hole to jig thru. Not as enjoyable as other methods, but ususally productive.
