Well I was on my way to try out Lake Warner, and passing over The Basin about to exit I-10, water sure looked nice.....got to the stop sign...thought for a minute, then took a right towards Butte La Rose Landing. Got about half way there, then I couldn't take it, turned around....Henderson it was. Arrived at landing around 7:30, about 10 trucks already there. Ended up fishing through the day until around 6:30, water was beautiful just about everywhere I went. Caught everything on chartreus / black / orange hair jigs, about 18" under cork. Water temp 64 degrees then warmed up to around 68 mid afternoon. Ended up keeping 14, between 3/4 and 1-1/2 pounds each, threw back around 5 or 6. Bites were very aggressive! All females had eggs when cleaning them. I have more pictures, but couldn't figure out how to rotate them....Name: 1.jpg
