    Default Bayou Sherman 3/15

Catch 17 sacs mixed size, about foot under cork, all males. Brings the next question has the spawn happened yet? It was a great trip and just made the addiction worst!! Ice chest shot Name: IMG_0907.jpg

Way to go... Catching does not remedy.... It only makes the fire burn brighter.... It is God given however.... So how bad is that????

Nice fish! From the pic I would say the spawn hasn't started. None of the fins or tails are torn up and bloody.

Bayou. For the most part I think the spawn is almost over where you are fishing early in the week I caught a lot of females off Sherman that were up shallow laying By yesterday. Fishing was slow under perfect conditions with just mostly males that seemed to be guarding nest as well two females who were pretty much done It might still be good in a few canals. But most are done. There are always a few late spawners and some may still la rest of eggs in April but not in the madness of before. Usually by the march full moon that area as well as most of south louisiana is done. That being said with all the cold I might wrong this year
