NRM, welcome to the forum. You say you're new to the area. Does that mean you just recently moved into this area. If so tell us a little about yourself and a picture of your boat. That way we can recognize you on the water. I can't help with Lake Verret because it's been a little slow over there since the hurricane but it is getting better. Let us know how you make out. We appreciate all reports, good and bad, and we love pictures.
