    Default cypress 02.22.2014

me and my FIL went to cypress today. got there at daylight and left at 10. only caught 7. ran into mikeg at the ramp. he gave us 6 or so so we ended up with enough to clean. felt soooooo good to sit in the boat and fish. been way to dang long. sorry no pics. wasn't enough to be camera worthy. LOL all were caught on shiners spider rigging across from the launch. just one here and there.

Well it's 6am on the 23rd. About to go to Cypress and not feeling that good about it. If Doc only managed to catch seven with all those rods. I think we'll give it a shot anyway. If it don't work out, we can come home early and catch some NASCAR!

It has been on fire on the north end of Cypress around the bridge...find a deep hole and they were there. Caught 33 in 3 hours one day I went and a buddy wore them out two other days. Today was slower for us...only caught 3 in the same holes we were catching them in. Water temps about 64 so I bet they moved shallower.
