    Default Lac des Allemands

Ran down to the Lac Saturday afternoon..

Pulled in to one of my better canals and woo's me, 17 boats stacked up in it. It's a long run for me to get here, so I said I'll just get in line with the rest.

Pulled out the black n chartreuse tube jig on a slip cork. Canal is maybe 6' deep. Ba-mm nice sac on the 3 pitch. Ended up with a mess.

Good deal. Right in there with the competition. Wish I had that kind of environment near here. Not the competition, but the marsh canals.

There's gold in those canals and everyone is panning for them. Glad you stuck it out and caught your share.

Little less than a hour and half. It's about as far as I'll go to catch.
