PP and DBB Today

BlueThunder, I noticed a solid blue boat headed out of Delhi as I was headed in a little after noon. I thought it might be you.

I think I remember meeting you. Dark colored Toyota truck? I'm worried about the point this year. Maybe warmer weather will change things.

Nice fish

Bass weighed 4.8 lbs and was right at 19". The slot is 15-19. Fish went back to fight another day. There were quite a few green carp fishermen out pre fishing for a tourney next weekend. Pretty good fight on a 12' jig pole.

I bet it was fun. Fortunately for you it was not on a solo reel.

I'll bet that getting that fish in the boat with one of those ozark rods was a challenge. I'm not surprised that you were up for the challenge tho. Good fish even if you did have to throw it back.
