Yes the lake was crowded. We caught about 10 or11 no real size. I am looking for some warm weather!

Got to the lake about 9. The Ramps at Hwy 2 overloaded with no place to park. want back to jakes at hwy 33 that had places open. All the boats were fishing from the old State Park to Forks Ferry. WE droped lines away from the croud in 30 feet and caught 2 in 15 minutes with minnows tipping Jigs, Water temp 40 Degrees. Both were about 1.5 lbs. After an hour we joined the croud. The water at the 33 Bridge had muddy water and more current than most wanted to fish. Towards Forks Ferry the current dropped and the Water much cleaner. Most fish being caught was close to a pound or smaller. Sonar showed fish from 16 to 30 feet deep. With 7 fish we left it with the Floitilla. One Male and 6 Females, Eggs looked good but not Quite right yet.![]()

Might try to go Wednesday, that is if the roads aren't iced over
We crossed at jakes about 2 Sunday and it was like bumper boats around the old state park.
Larry, sounds like you and your brother had a mess of fish anyway. If the weather warms this weekend like they say its supposed to there won't be any place to park.
