The KCs have their State Bowling Tourney in Houma on Feb 8th & 9th and again on 15th&16th. I don't bowl and I quit drinking, so I don't want to sit in a bowling alley all day watching other people bowl. But my wife does as it's an excuse for a hen party. So, I made a deal with her. She and a good friend can go sit there all day and I'll take Greg and hit Bob's Marina. The other couple can't stay overnight, so we'll just fish on the 15th.
Since this is my first trip to the area, I won't stray too far from the landing and I have a pretty good lay of the land from Google maps. Is the action starting to pick up down there yet? Or is it slow like up around here?
I'll take any insight and tips. Thanks.

Hi Paul, actually the marsh areas have been doing well. If I'm not doing anything on the 16th maybe we can hook up. I'll be looking forward on my calendar.
