I have recieved my Golden Shiner Award !!

Got it in the mail yesterday ! Man , what a prize. I looked for a suitable place to display it. So I took down my daughter's wedding picture above the fireplace and tried it there.



but my wife , and my daughter, said "no".

So, I brought it to my office and put it on my computer terminal stand where I can look at it all day and show it off.

This looks good. I also received a nice extra award with this. A Mister Crappie reel for my jigging pole. Sweet !! thanks to everyone for their kind words . I look forward to passing it on to the next winner.

Dapet you are one funny dude. I missed the point of the first picture until Dipsani made me go back and see the daughter's picture remove and the award on the mantel. Extremely funny. Congratulations on the award and thanks for the cheer.

That is a nice spot for a hard fought Award battle. We had so many fish Biting days killed by bad weather and high winds, there should be an Adversity award beside it. Everyone that caught a two Pounder during this period also Qualifies for the Adversity award.
