    I know you all know how to skin a catfish, but this has a different twist. I had never seen it done this way and I thought you might be able to use this.     That was pretty slick! Not sure I'd try the first few times with a live catfish...I'd probably skin a thumb if he flopped, but I may have to try that next time I catch some whole fryers. Thanks for posting!
