Well...caught a whole fryer today, and immediately knew I was going to try this...Lessons learned....1) knife must be very sharp to cut from tail up (as seen in video) without having to hold it almost the entire way (which I ended up having to do!)...2) don't cut TOO deep, or you'll tear off the head without peeling any of the skin off the body...
OK...ready to try again on the next one!
