Thread: chicot

I am heading to my camp just north of chicot tonight and want to try and put a few slabs in the boat. Has anyone heard any good reports out of chicot? Should I try another lake in the area? Any help would be great. I have not been out there in 2 months.

they are caughting a few on yo yos and some on shiners and jigs mostly the north end. some pretty good ones also indian creek in the lilly pads. colors blue and white and chartruse and black. hopes this helps i will try and be out there on weekend.
