After the last few fishing trips I have come to the conclusion that at this time of year, well color probably aint that important.
Yep, Ive caught on white, orange, chart, blue, brown, silver, green, and yellow in the last 2 weeks.
The dang fish just want to kill anything that gets in their way when they start nesting or whatever.
So if you catch a limit on pink and blue jigs with orange eyes...well dont just run out and buy a cazillion jigs that color.
Any Color As Long As It's Chartreuse!

Does anyone use yellow? I mean like real yellow/yellow?

This is one of my all time favorite colors on Caddo Lake especially. Works well
on sunny days in stained water.
I accidently stumbles across this color one day when I ran out of shiners.
Just last weekend I saw schools of minnows swimming around the cypress that look exactly like these natural crickets, same color.
