It was a great event. Especially cause I didn't have to do much. I rented the pavilion, and got a cooler full of cold drinks for everyone, but that was about it. My daughter brought sandwiches and wraps, and chips from Sams Club. And so many members brought additional food. We really didn't need the sandwiches. doh
