    Default Fishing Around Owensboro Area


    I'm going to be in Owensboro for a Softball Tournament Wed and Thursday, and was wondering if there was anything close by for a feller to fish. No boat so looking for some bank areas. Crappie to Gills as long as something bites. Thanks!

    If you are gonna be at the park with all the softball fields there is a pond there. Plus there is the whole Ohio river you can fish.

    Yep will be at I think it's called Fisher Park. State Sotfball Tourney. Any fish in that small lake? Sounds like a good way to spend the day! And Thanks!
