Ky lake shellcrackers and bluegills - pics
Me and my friend went to Ky lake today. The lake has dropped about 4 ft since our trip last week. We had a tough time finding any bluegill but the shellcrackers were still spawning on the bank. Ended up with 36 crackers and 5 or 6 bluegills, good trip!

You guys kill me.....I fish for crackers and do just the opposite...here's Wed catch 2 hours after work: 36 gills 6 crackers and 1 crappie.
And Monday's catch after work: 19 gills and 4 crackers.

We just got back yesterday after fishing Sunday - Wednesday at Kentucky. Did really well on the Gills but not much luck on the Shellcrackers. Congrats on a nice mess of fish.
