Ohio River 5 - 16
Fished for a couple hours today in a local feeder creek. Caught everything but what I was after. 2 nice bass, 2 bluegill, 5-7 lb. catfish and 1 small crappie. Fish were biting good just not what I wanted. But still a fun afternoon. Water temp in mid to high 60's. Fishing with slip bobbers and minnows. Not sure where the crappie have gone to. They don't seem to be in their usual haunts. You never know what is gonna pull that bobber under next.

I hit up most the usual haunts as well today but I was bass fishin, hit eagle, straight, white oak, and locust. Creeks look good and temps were 66-67 in all creeks. Saw some crappie fishermen pull a dink outta eagle and that was it. The bassin' was excellent until about 10:30 then just hit and miss. Those Kentucky's are fixin' to drop and they're bitin' like crazy. I think after this sunny weather on its way this week im gonna get back after the crappie. Do u think they have spawned yet? Im skeptical, no tuxedos on any of my fish yet....
