Fished south Barkley with my dad sunday. Got to the ramp about 6:15. Started out fishing docks in 6 to 8 fow. Temp was 61. Throwing slider grubs in different colors, no crappie just bluegill and small bass. Moved over to a marked stakebed and pulled one keeper 11" out of it. Ran to a different bay and fished lay downs and brush up near the bank and didn't catch a fish. Moved to a marked fish attractor in 10 fow and pulled a 13 1/4" fish out. Only crappie we caught all day. Both busting with eggs, both white crappie. Did catch some yellow bass and one eating size channel cat. Dad caught the cat on a slider grub.

Both crappie caught on slider grubs fished really slow down in the attractors. Had to hit the cover with the jig to get them to bite. Temp was 68 when we left at 3:00. Visibilty was 12 to 18". Water tea colored in most places but back in the creek it was a little more greenish in color.
