Hope the weather is good for you and if you go would love to hear how you did. Here's hoping you get your limit.

Went Sunday. Only fished a few hours. Water temp 45. Heavily stained to muddy. Brutally cold and VERY windy. Found a few fish on the banks in lay downs in a foot of water. Talked to a couple guys that rode to the axtel area and found clearer water and subsequently fish. Didn't feel like making the cold trip as it was hard enough to get out of the wind. Maybe next weekend will be better.

Heading to Rough this Friday and maybe Saturday. I heard it was pretty muddy but I can't wait any longer. I am probably fishing for bass because thepart for my boat isn't in yet and the guy Iam going with isn't rigged for crappie. Should be a better weekend with the temperatures on the rise. Iam heading to KY Lake in two weeks and can hardly contain myself. My new rubber ego fishing net come in today. It needs some slim on it.
