Team AdCraft will accept checks or money orders, and will include their mailing address whenever we get the decals printed. I'm sure that this will mean waiting a short time for delivery, so as to insure the checks cash out.
Keep checking back on this forum ... I will have another post for people to check out & get the ordering info, as soon as we get the design work done and the decals are being printed. 25 decals is the minimum order that Team AdCraft will accept for a print job ... and I'm sure we'll exceed that number ;)

CP--Or anyone for that matter--how are we going to decide on a design? Anyone have any ideas? Maybe something like the other states have done? Any artist out there?
... I was going to get a designer first, and let them offer their best ideas (knowing what they do best, should get us the best result). Unfortunately, the designer of some of the other state decals, that worked with Team Adcraft ... is a no go. I've offered Team Adcraft the option of finding another designer, that they can work with ... or we go to Plan B, and contact another decal printer & designer team. (their price is slightly higher, but their work quality is as good) ... I'm just waiting on a reply from Team Adcraft.
As to a decision on the design ... yes, it would be like the other states : state outline, state name, Crappie.com, & pic of a Crappie as overlays. Due to the shape of the state, and in order to get one that's as impressive as the Tenn state decal (if not more impressive :p ) it's my thought that we would opt for a rectangular shaped decal. It would allow the state outline to be big enough to contain all the overlays, and still be recognizable as the state of KY.
It was also my hope that we'd get a few prototypes posted, and vote on which one we liked the best. We'll just have to wait and see how the designer wants to handle things, once we find one. Don't worry ... it'll be a spiffy looking decal :p or I'll send them back to the drawing board :D
I'm still on it, it's just a work in progress. I don't want to put up any polls or ordering posts, until I get an idea of what the final product will look like, overall cost, and minimum order number we have to commit to for the print job. I don't want to rush into this, for the sake of getting the decals quickly, and have them not be top quality work. I think, as much as we all want to have a state decal, we want it to be something we'd be proud to display.

What a great idea, I always wonder how many fishermen I motor past on the water who might be crappie.com folk. I'm definitely in on several decals. Minnerdipper2
have a link to any of the other ones?
Did a search and came up with some other state examples.

Count me in too. I'd be interested in 2-3
Crappiepappy I have a design program and play around sometimes with it. I can mess around if you would like me too.
Any ideas anybody what you would want on it? Nothing too busy... I am a fan of the simple design.
I also have a custom vinyl decal shop down the road I would say he would help us out.
He made my boat name sticker "My other woman" at a great price.
I'll keep you in mind ;)
The Team Adcraft decals run $2.50 mailed.
The team of Bugman & Just Jiggin did some fine work for the Mizzou decal, and they cost $3.00
The biggest problem I've seen, so far, is the number of decals needed for a print job. TA will run for a minimum of 25 decals ... most others seem to have a minimum of 100 decals.
It doesn't really make a difference to me who makes them ... as long as they look good and are reasonably priced. ;)
Go ahead and play around with some designs, if you want to, and check on pricing & minimum order number .... and PM me with the results.
