    Default crappie at the lakes

I'm an avid outdoorsman and fish alot. I mostly fish for gills, shellcrackers, catfish, and suager and do quite well. I live in Henderson and fish a lot of sloughs for crappie, but I want to learn ky and barkley lakes. I am thinking about getting a couple of guides this spring. I thought this would be the best way to speed up the learning process . My partner and I have very large aluminum boats set up with sonars and livewells. We have plenty of boat(one is 20x70 and the other 18x70) to handle most conditions. Do you think getting a guide is the best way to go if so. Who are some of the best guides.

    Hi Bow Teck,
I think the guide idea is a good one, if you are good at computers, gps and map reading, here is another good idea/ Ky Hydrografx com, I would bet that any guide that you hire will be using this program
