Contact Pat Haas, they will have the answer. It is a good program to use. I just changed my GPS and it had a different setup as well. I had to fool the program to accept the later Gps. I don't remember how I did it but Pat will help.

I have created some waypoints on my Lowrance and wanted to look at them on KY Hydrografx. However, when I save my files from my Lowrance to an MMC card, it only gives me no option as to what type of file I can save them as, and by default it is a .USR file.
The OziExplorer program that is used to view the Hydrografx maps will not open a .USR file. It will open .GPX, txt. type files.
Have you had this problem and/or do you know of a program that will covert this type of file? I did a google and didn't find what I was looking for.

"This one thing I know, and that is Jesus Christ and Him crucified."
Well my ole buddy Cane Pole came through again. He gave me the link to an online file coverter and it worked like a charm.
He has a new thread with the address on the main page.

lung,
In OziExplorer, go to "File" then "configuration" and then click the "GPS" tab and change your gps selection to Lowrance and then choose your gps or one closest to yours. After that your waypoints should load up and down.
The only way to have a good fishing spot is to make it yourself!
